several things you should do when you are in anger.

1. first, dont say anything
2. take a breath
3. take some more breath
4. ask ask ask. until you get the answer/truth
5. if you cant accept it, just think to the other alternative, #Plan B or Plan C -go through other alphabets
6. take the challenge. make it as an 'ujian' and you will get pahala of it.
7. dont forget to smile :)
8. think positive, be open minded.
9.connect with nature
10. dua' and tawakal to Allah
